1. Identification, Security, and Access

1.1 All guests must send official photo ID before check-in.

1.2 Facial recognition (Face ID) is also required for access approval.

1.3 Fake, inconsistent, or missing documents prevent check-in and may cause immediate reservation cancellation.

1.4 Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

1.5 Only registered guests may stay at the property.

1.6 Visitors are allowed upon availability and only with prior ID submission (minimum 24h in advance), written authorization, and respecting the maximum occupancy limit.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Standard times:

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

2.2 On-site check-ins after 10:00 PM incur a R$100 fee, subject to team availability.

2.3 Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

2.4 Late departures may incur pro-rated additional daily charges.

2.5 Lost keys, cards, or access controls will be charged to the guest.

3. Property Use

3.1 The property is for residential and vacation use only.

3.2 Subletting, reselling, or transferring the reservation is prohibited.

3.3 Maximum occupancy limit must be respected.

3.4 Parties or events require prior authorization.

3.5 Property damage will be charged to the reservation holder after check-out.

4. Condominium and Neighborhood

4.1 Fully respect condominium rules.

4.2 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

4.3 Condominium fines will be charged to the guest.

4.4 Do not leave trash in common areas.

4.5 Delivery personnel may not enter the condominium.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

5.1 Leave the property in good condition.

5.2 Excessive dirt may incur an extra cleaning fee.

5.3 Damage to furniture or appliances will be charged.

6. Provided Items

6.1 Basic items (bed linens, towels, kitchenware) are provided but not restocked during your stay.

6.2 Broken, damaged, or missing items will be charged.

6.3 Removing items from the property is prohibited.

7. Safety

7.1 Keep doors and windows locked when leaving.

7.2 No smoking inside the property.

7.3 Candles, incense, or open flames are prohibited.

8. Services

8.1 Wi-Fi is complimentary, signal may vary.

8.2 We are not responsible for utility service failures (power, internet, water, etc.).
