Welcome to your vacation rental accommodation! This is a private residential rental, not a hotel or guesthouse. To ensure an excellent experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you respect: The property and its belongings The neighbors and condominium rules The house rules (please read carefully) ATTENTION: Failure to comply with any rule may result in: • Immediate fines • Additional charges for damages • Interruption of the stay (without refund) • Reservation cancellation We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our space impeccable! 1. Identification, Security, and Access 1.1 It is mandatory to submit a valid government-issued photo ID for all guests before check-in. 1.2 Facial recognition (Face ID) will also be required and is mandatory for access authorization. 1.3 False, inconsistent, or missing documents will prevent check-in and may result in immediate reservation cancellation. 1.4 Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. 1.5 Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. 1.6 Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests with completed registration and submitted documents may access the property. Adding guests during the stay requires prior authorization requested at least 24 hours in advance, along with the required documentation. 1.7 A parking access card will be provided for the parking space located at Rua do Carmo, 55. In case of loss, theft, or damage to the card, an additional replacement fee of R$ 60.00 will be charged. 1.8 In some cases, a building access tag will also be provided. In case of loss, theft, or damage, an additional replacement fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged. 2. Check-in and Check-out 2.1 Standard hours: Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Check-out: until 11:00 AM 2.2 In-person check-ins after 6:00 PM will be subject to a fee of R$ 100.00, subject to staff availability. 2.3 Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are subject to availability. 2.4 Departures outside the established time may result in a proportional additional daily rate charge. 2.5 In case of lost keys, cards, or access controls, replacement costs will be the guest’s responsibility. 3. Property Use 3.1 The property is intended exclusively for residential and vacation rental use. 3.2 Subletting, reselling, or transferring the reservation is prohibited. 3.3 The maximum occupancy limit must be respected. 3.4 Parties or events are only allowed with prior authorization. 3.5 Damages caused to the property will be charged to the reservation holder after check-out. 4. Condominium and Neighborhood 4.1 Please fully comply with condominium rules. 4.2 Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 4.3 Fines applied by the condominium due to violations will be charged to the guest. 4.4 Leaving trash in common areas is prohibited. 4.5 Delivery personnel are not allowed to access the condominium. 5. Cleaning and Maintenance 5.1 The property must be returned in good condition. 5.2 Excessive dirtiness may result in an extra cleaning fee. 5.3 Damages to furniture or appliances will be charged to the guest. 6. Provided Items 6.1 Basic items are provided (such as bed linens, towels, and kitchen utensils) and are not replenished during the stay. 6.2 Broken, damaged, or missing utensils/items will be charged. 6.3 Removing any item from the property is prohibited. 7. Safety 7.1 Keep doors and windows locked whenever leaving the property. 7.2 Smoking inside the property is prohibited. 7.3 Candles, incense, or any form of open flame are prohibited. 8. Services 8.1 Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to signal variations. 8.2 We are not responsible for failures in utility services (electricity, internet, water, etc.).
